Business Growth and Partnership Developer
Job Overview:As a strategic Business Growth and Partnership Developer, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for building and maintaining alliances with clients and partners, collaborating with internal teams to craft effective pitches and proposals, and driving the complete business development process from lead generation to closure.
Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Craft compelling pitches and proposals with internal teams to secure new business.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage the entire business development process, from lead generation to closure.
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen long-term client relationships and drive growth and retention.
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Alliances, or Partnerships, preferably in advertising, marketing, or digital industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and target-focused approach.
- Strong strategic thinking with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a results-oriented environment.
