Job Summary:

The role of Enterprise Growth Strategist at a leading B2B company is responsible for driving rapid user acquisition, engagement, activation, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth:
    • Develop and execute strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and launch new features or products that support growth while optimizing user experience.
    • Improve customer satisfaction and experience from a product standpoint.
    • Oversee the success and achievement of numbers for assigned categories.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders for our B2B product.
    • Develop and maintain customer-centricity principles within the organization and with clients.
    • Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them, ensuring fast closures.
    • Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
    • Stay up-to-date on market trends, regulations, and competition.
  • Product Enablement:
    • Gain in-depth knowledge of our company's products and offerings.
    • Develop business models and high-end decks to pitch our products to key entities.
    • Work with internal departments to onboard new prospects and existing players on our products.
    • Manage multiple onboarding and go-live projects simultaneously.
    • Prepare dashboards and trackers to share with management.

Preferred Candidates:

  • Strong understanding of payments and digital technologies.
  • Experience in building and running payments products/platforms is an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to achieve consensus and drive business objectives.
  • Familiarity with AI capabilities and ability to leverage AI-driven insights/tools for business development and partner engagement.
