The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Strategic Client Partnerships to lead our client relationships and ensure the delivery of exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles, preferably in Martech, promotional marketing, or loyalty programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to grow key accounts, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.
  2. Act as Trusted Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on Martech and promotional solutions to maximize ROI.
  3. Manage High-Value Clients: Oversee a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring the delivery of customized consumer promotions and loyalty program solutions.
  4. Lead Client Success Team: Lead and manage the Client Success team to deliver exceptional experiences, ensuring long-term client retention.
  5. Maintain Client Satisfaction: Monitor client satisfaction and develop actionable plans to address feedback and improve service levels.
  6. Drive Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Establish KPIs: Establish and monitor KPIs to track the performance of client success and account management initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and delivering client success in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of consumer promotions, loyalty programs, and Martech solutions.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex client requirements.
