The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Strategic Client Partnerships to lead our client relationships and ensure the delivery of exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles, preferably in Martech, promotional marketing, or loyalty programs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to grow key accounts, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.
- Act as Trusted Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on Martech and promotional solutions to maximize ROI.
- Manage High-Value Clients: Oversee a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring the delivery of customized consumer promotions and loyalty program solutions.
- Lead Client Success Team: Lead and manage the Client Success team to deliver exceptional experiences, ensuring long-term client retention.
- Maintain Client Satisfaction: Monitor client satisfaction and develop actionable plans to address feedback and improve service levels.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish KPIs: Establish and monitor KPIs to track the performance of client success and account management initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and delivering client success in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of consumer promotions, loyalty programs, and Martech solutions.
- Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex client requirements.
