About the Role

This critical position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams across Operations, Commercial, Customer Programs, and Product Management to drive growth and innovation at scale. As we expand our solution nationwide, this senior sales manager will own and drive strategic relationships with high-value enterprise accounts, orchestrating complex solutions and delivering exceptional business outcomes.

  • Develop and maintain C-level relationships across client organizations
  • Create and execute multi-year strategic account plans that align with customers' business objectives
  • Lead complex contract negotiations and strategic partnership discussions
  • Develop relationships across functional areas such as Operations, Finance, and Program Management, and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding program goals and revenue targets
