Director of Strategic Growth and Partnerships

We are seeking a visionary Director of Strategic Growth and Partnerships to spearhead expansion, drive revenue growth, and enhance operational excellence within our influencer marketing division.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to scale revenue, expand market share, and boost profitability. Key areas of focus include:
Business Expansion and Revenue Generation- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Own P&L responsibility, set revenue targets, and create monetization opportunities across influencer marketing campaigns.
Partnerships and Client Acquisition
- Identify, engage, and secure high-value brand partnerships to fuel business growth.
Team Leadership and Development
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales and account management team.
Campaign Excellence and Operational Efficiency
- Oversee the execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring high ROI and client satisfaction.
- Streamline internal processes to enhance productivity, scalability, and service delivery.
Market and Competitive Analysis
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product, and finance teams to align business goals and strategies.
Qualifications and Experience: The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in business leadership, sales, or growth roles within influencer marketing, digital marketing, or related fields. Strong track records of revenue growth, business expansion, and client acquisition are essential. Additionally, a deep understanding of influencer marketing trends, digital platforms, and brand engagement strategies is required. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, as well as a data-driven mindset, are highly valued.
