About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Partnerships and Growth Specialist to join our Founder's Office. This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, and Marketing) to identify potential partners, build a pipeline, pitch our products, convert leads, and onboard them into our ecosystem.

About You:

  • A fresh graduate or professional with 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships.
  • An individual who loves networking, talking to people, and negotiating deals.
  • A candidate who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and is willing to take ownership.
  • A person who can think outside the box and bring creative growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and Build a Strong Partner Network:
  • Research, identify, and reach out to potential partners to create growth opportunities.
Develop & Manage a Sales Pipeline:
  • Track and nurture leads through the partnership funnel.
Pitch & Close Deals:
  • Communicate the value of our products effectively and convert leads into successful partnerships.
Onboard & Support Partners:
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience and help partners succeed in our ecosystem.
Collaborate with Internal Teams:
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations to align partnership goals with business growth.
