Partnerships and Growth Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Partnerships and Growth Specialist to join our Founder's Office. This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, and Marketing) to identify potential partners, build a pipeline, pitch our products, convert leads, and onboard them into our ecosystem.
About You:
- A fresh graduate or professional with 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships.
- An individual who loves networking, talking to people, and negotiating deals.
- A candidate who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and is willing to take ownership.
- A person who can think outside the box and bring creative growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Build a Strong Partner Network:
- Research, identify, and reach out to potential partners to create growth opportunities.
- Track and nurture leads through the partnership funnel.
- Communicate the value of our products effectively and convert leads into successful partnerships.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience and help partners succeed in our ecosystem.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations to align partnership goals with business growth.
