- You will be responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, fostering trust, and becoming a trusted advisor on their insurance needs.
- As a Senior Corporate Sales Manager, you will conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand the unique risk profile and insurance requirements of each client.
- Develop comprehensive and competitive insurance proposals, presenting a clear value proposition and demonstrating a deep understanding of industry-specific risks.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients, leveraging strong negotiation skills to secure profitable deals.
- You will also maintain and expand existing client relationships, providing ongoing support, and ensuring complete satisfaction with insurance solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including underwriters, risk management specialists, and customer service representatives to ensure seamless client experience.
Required Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify client needs and develop effective solutions.
- Proficient in CRM and sales automation tools.
- IRDA Certification is mandatory.
