Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in New Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their unique insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing your team and driving sales performance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments, such as underwriting and claims, to ensure smooth sales operations and efficient service delivery.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the insurance industry or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Deep understanding of insurance products, industry regulations, and sales processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
