Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet business objectives for PV pipes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the PV pipe market and be able to identify new market opportunities and plan to increase sales volume. They will also be responsible for conducting market research, staying updated on the latest innovations in PV pipe technology and industry standards.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients through regular interactions and feedback. They will also prepare and monitor sales forecasts, setting targets for the team and tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and adjusting strategies to achieve sales goals.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the technical features and benefits of PV pipes and be able to communicate this effectively to customers. They will also provide guidance to customers on product applications and best usage.

The Sales Manager will lead and train the sales team to effectively market and sell PV pipe products. They will set performance metrics, provide feedback, and support the professional development of team members.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer relationship management skills and be able to use CRM tools to track customer interactions, sales activities, and progress on leads. They will also ensure excellent customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.

The Sales Manager will work closely with the production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. They will also collaborate with marketing to promote products and execute sales campaigns.

The successful candidate will provide regular sales reports and market analysis to senior management. They will also analyze sales data to improve sales tactics and drive continuous improvement.

The Sales Manager will ensure all sales transactions comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. They will also maintain accurate records of sales contracts, invoices, and delivery schedules.
