Job Overview

We seek a highly motivated Business Development Manager with a focus on Building Material to spearhead business growth and expand our client base in the building material industry. This role presents an exciting opportunity to drive sales and growth in the assigned territory. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in business development, preferably in the building material industry.

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in business development, preferably in the building material industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong knowledge of the building material industry, including products, market trends, and competitors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the building material industry
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and industry stakeholders
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for clients
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue objectives
  • Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve
  • Provide timely reports on sales activities, performance, and forecasts
