Commercial Project Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Project Manager to provide commercial support for our customer care group and coordinate with core support functions. This role will involve driving AR disputes, ensuring timely approvals, and reviewing documents required for orders.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving AR disputes along with project managers and collectors;
  • Ensuring that all approvals, such as finance approval on credit hold, NRDC before shipment, are obtained in a timely manner;
  • Reviewing documents required proactively for all orders to be shipped in a particular month;
  • Ensuring compliance to Indian government laws, statutory or customer-specific guidelines;
  • Managing a team and ensuring that everyone follows guidelines;
  • Coordinating with customers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Commerce or equivalent experience with over 12 years of experience in related commercial accountants;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with written, verbal, and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong management skills with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a team of 6-8 members;
  • A working knowledge of JDE/Oracle and strong command on Taxation/MS Office;
  • Knowledge of audit requirements, internal and external.
Preferred Qualifications

Mastery in Commerce or equivalent experience is preferred.
