Account Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead client relationships and drive business growth in our organization.

The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of experience in account management / client servicing, with a strong understanding of integrated marketing and commercial acumen.

This role involves:

  • Managing relationships with senior clients across various industries
  • Developing actionable strategies for creative and media teams
  • Overseeing end-to-end campaign delivery: from briefing and creative development to production, execution, and reporting
  • Collaborating with internal divisions to deliver integrated solutions
  • Managing account performance and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Mentoring junior team members on day-to-day servicing
  • Ensuring client satisfaction through clear communication and proactive problem-solving

Requirements:

  • 4–8 years of experience in account management / client servicing (agency side experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing (creative, digital, social, influencer, and production workflows)
  • Proven ability to manage large accounts and complex campaign timelines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—confident in C-suite discussions
  • Commercial acumen with experience in managing budgets and forecasting
  • A solutions-first mindset with strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
  • Leadership skills—able to manage, motivate, and grow junior account teams
