
Senior Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to navigate job portals, source top IT talent, and build relationships with U.S.-based staffing firms. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales skills and knowledge of the IT industry to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and work with job portals such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Career Builder, and Indeed to source top IT talent for our clients in the USA.
- Source and interact with U.S. IT Staffing professionals for potential business leads.
- Research and implement new ideas for active and passive job searches.
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote our services to potential clients in the USA.
As a team player, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve personal and team sales goals. You will also provide excellent customer service and client relations skills, maintaining clear and organized work reports and other documentation.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Telemarketing or Sales Executive in the IT services industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident phone presence.
- A self-motivated and result-oriented individual who meets deadlines and sales quotas.
- Knowledge of US Visa and Tax forms such as W2, 1099, and C2C.
