Job Opportunity:

Business Growth Leader

We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our company's growth and profitability. As a key member of our team, you will oversee all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase profitability.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams to execute business objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to expand our customer base.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
  • Manage product development initiatives, from ideation to launch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Develop and manage financial plans, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Identify and mitigate key business risks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Experience in the education technology industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong business acumen, financial management skills, and experience managing P&L for a business unit.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex business plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
