Job Title: Client Engagement Manager

The Client Engagement Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring successful relationships between clients and the company, driving project success through alignment, execution, communication, and management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic consulting to clients, delivering insights and solutions that drive business growth.
  • Support Business Relationship Managers in developing strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Manage global projects across various therapeutic areas, focusing on market analysis, competitor insights, and identification of key influencers.
  • Supervise Local HCP targeting projects, presenting results of referral and prescription pattern analyses.
  • Assist in pitches, sales, and marketing efforts, including preparation of statements of work and participation in sales meetings.
  • Create, develop, and maintain project presentation materials, meeting agendas, minutes, and training materials.
  • Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and tasks.
  • Collaborate with client teams to address business questions and develop data-driven strategies using industry tools.
  • Liaise with internal support teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Prepare client deliverables in the form of presentations and reports, presenting them to client teams.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, launch plans, and client solution sites with support from technical teams.
  • Ensure medical integrity and accuracy throughout all client projects.
  • Provide strategic support to medical, commercial, and regulatory teams using data-driven insights.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
