The Head of Programme will lead the strategic direction, quality assurance, and operational management of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) at our institution.
This role involves ensuring that the programme is delivered in accordance with the IB's philosophy, standards, and practices, supporting student achievement, staff development, and curriculum innovation.
To achieve this, the Programme Director will develop and implement strategic plans for growth, improvement, and innovation of the IBDP. They will promote the IB ethos and values throughout the school community and collaborate with school leadership on whole-school planning and cross-programme alignment.
The Programme Director will be responsible for leading and managing the school's IB Diploma Programme authorization and re-authorization processes, ensuring full compliance with IB standards and practices. They will also oversee the preparation of required documentation, evidence, and reports for IB authorization/evaluation visits.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IB education, with experience in leading change, inspiring teams, and supporting academic excellence. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of IB philosophy, and international-mindedness.

- Strong background in data-driven academic leadership and quality assurance.
- Strategic thinking with strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of IB philosophy and global-minded education.
