We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our Placements team as a Senior Business Development Executive.This role is based in Hyderabad and involves working with clients to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability.Key responsibilities include:
  • Product knowledge: Understand EB product offerings, including claims advocacy and servicing, and be well-versed in different insurers and their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Research oriented: Identify business opportunities through data mining, conduct gap analysis for large proposals, and prepare quotes comparison reports (QCR) with valuable insights.
  • Stakeholder relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at insurance companies to secure competitive quotes and ensure timely delivery.
Audit, MIS & Reporting: Enter RFQs and proposal details into the database, generate reports for analysis, and share status updates with the Head – QMS.To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • 5-8 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Corporate relationship management/business solution provider skills from a service background.
  • Ability to manage diverse client cultures, including Indian corporate, MNC corporation, and PSU clients.
  • MBA from a reputable business school.
