Business Development Leader

The successful Business Development Leader will drive business growth through strategic market expansion, channel development, and customer acquisition strategies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing zonal business strategies to achieve regional targets while maintaining portfolio quality and credit standards.
  • Monitoring SLAs and process efficiency to enhance stakeholder relationships and reduce TAT.
  • Implementing risk management practices by partnering with the risk team for credit assessments and NPA control.
  • Managing internal teams to enhance performance and foster a high-performing sales culture.
  • Engaging external channels to maximize cross-selling opportunities and boost profitability.
Job Purpose of Direct Reports:
  • Area Sales Manager (ASM): Responsible for achieving regional business targets through team supervision and market penetration.
  • Sales Manager (SM): Executes daily sales activities and drives lead generation and conversion in assigned territories.
