We are seeking an experienced Capture Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of bids, proposals, pricing operations, and sales reporting processes.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying procurement opportunities through private, state, and federal procurement portals
- Reviewing qualification criteria, preparing executive summaries, compliance documents, and financials
- Leading the bidding and submission process, securing approvals, and ensuring timely client submission
- Conducting post-bid follow-ups, tracking milestones, identifying competitors, and updating stakeholders
You will also be responsible for:
- Managing vending machine pricing across client accounts
- Initiating price revision requests, securing approvals, and coordinating vendor implementation
- Developing and presenting Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations showcasing sales trends, best-selling products, and strategic profitability recommendations
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF tools
- Hands-on experience with FileMaker Pro, VendTrak, and Cantaloupe
- Proven ability to manage bids, proposals, and procurement documentation
- Experience preparing client-facing reports, pricing models, and presentations
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
