The Branch Manager role is a key position that oversees business development in the region, daily operations, recruitment, and ensures compliance with company policies to drive growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic business development efforts in the region.
  • Oversee daily operations, including sales teams, customer relationships, and operational efficiency to improve productivity.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a culture of integrity and ethics within the organization.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, improve profitability, and increase market share.
Requirements
  • At least 7+ years of experience in a BM/ABM or Senior Sales/BD Role.
  • 5+ years of elevator industry experience in Otis/Kone/Schindler/TKE/Johnson.
  • Ability to understand and translate engineering drawings.
  • Business development and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong understanding of elevator industry standards and regulations.
  • Proficient in budgeting and financial management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering preferred.

Expected salary range: ₹12-15 lakhs per annum (fixed component), with a lucrative variable component based on performance.
