As a key team member, you will serve as liaison between Hansa and clients. Your primary responsibility is to work with Senior Account Directors to deliver exceptional service and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project execution and ensure timely completion.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of client research needs.
  • Develop and localize research instruments to support project objectives.
  • Train data collection teams and conduct qualitative research methods such as In-depth Interviews, Focus Group Discussions, and Ethnographies.
  • Maintain quality controls throughout project lifecycle.
  • Identify issues and provide actionable solutions to data collection teams.
  • Analyze and report qualitative insights to clients.

Client Servicing:

  • Manage all communication with clients effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with clients throughout project life cycle.
  • Provide market information to educate clients about local markets.
  • Proactively address issues and offer actionable solutions.
  • Accompany clients on field visits and ensure seamless execution.
  • Promote teamwork and support colleagues.

Essential Skills/Competencies:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong inter-team management skills.
  • Ability to derive qualitative insights and create engaging research reports for clients.
  • Willinngness to travel across India for project management and client visits.
  • Experience working with international clients is preferred.
