Job Title: Senior Data Scientist

Job Overview:
  • We are seeking an exceptional Senior Data Scientist to join our team and drive business growth through data-driven insights.
  • You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data, mine and analyze large datasets, and develop custom models and algorithms to drive optimization and improvement of product development and business strategies.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques, developing predictive models to increase and optimize customer experiences, and coordinating with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
  • Your expertise in machine learning, statistical analysis, and data visualization will enable you to uncover trends and patterns in large datasets and present findings using compelling data visualization techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy advanced machine learning algorithms to enhance and automate existing business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science and artificial intelligence.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience manipulating data sets and building statistical models.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and big data technologies.
  • Experience working with large datasets and developing predictive models.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ph.D. in Data Science or a related field.
  • Experience working with deep learning algorithms and natural language processing.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and security principles.
