Job DescriptionAs a Senior Associate, Data Management, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Analytics data warehouse and MDM, leveraging data from across a variety of internal applications and data vendors. You will contribute to the design and development of technical solutions to ensure that business requirements are satisfied.
You will develop and deploy processes to establish and track data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within the data warehouse & MDM system. Utilize experience with standard analytical, reporting and programming languages and their application (such as SQL, Alteryx, Informatica, Python, R, and Stored Procedure); data architecture, data integration/engineering, and business intelligence deployed in a complex environment; data and systems engineering concepts to effectively integrate and analyze data to develop actionable business information deliverables.
Delivers data sets, views, and automated reporting to stakeholders on an as-needed basis. Documents ETL & MDM processes used for the data warehouse, data flow, and data quality to ensure visibility and transparency for stakeholders and boundary partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Professional work experience in Master Data Management, Hands-on experience with Master Data Management (full lifecycle gathering requirements, choosing/implementing tool, building solutions) preferred.
- Knowledge of an Enterprise-level Master Data Management platform such as Reltio MDM, Informatica MDM, Veeva Network, etc.
- Awareness of MDM trends, MDM Concepts, and other technologies in the market.
- Demonstrated experience in data profiling, data modeling, and data analysis to support the requirements.
- High proficiency with the SQL language and database management.
- Good understanding of ETL, analytics, and visualization tools like Informatica, Alteryx, Power BI, Python, Excel, and Tableau.
