A senior Business Intelligence Analyst position is available to lead in delivering data-driven insights and drive business decisions.

Description

Vitelco seeks a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join its team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth through effective analysis and reporting of key performance indicators.

The responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing large datasets from various sources to identify trends and patterns that inform business strategy.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement data visualization solutions that meet their needs.
  • Developing reports using data analytics tools, and conducting complex analyses of customer behavior and market trends.
  • Providing strategic recommendations to improve customer experience and develop campaign strategies.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications sector, preferably in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in analytical reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's or MBA degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with data analysis tools, particularly SQL, Excel, and big data queries. Experience with tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
  • Ability to manage large datasets while maintaining data integrity.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.

About the Role

This role is based in Kuwait. You must be willing to move to Kuwait.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in campaigns, CRM, or customer-facing domains, and experience with customer lifecycle and campaign processes in large companies.
