Job Description

The Reporting Analyst plays a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and business strategy. This key position ensures accurate, timely reporting and provides analysis that informs decision-making within the organization.

  • Create and deliver regular performance reports and ad-hoc analysis to support business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective analytical frameworks to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain data visualizations using Business Intelligence tools to communicate insights effectively.
  • Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication of complex information.
  • Ensure data accuracy by extracting, cleaning, and validating from multiple systems, maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.
  • Support workforce management with forecasting and trend analysis, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Recommend and track process improvements based on data-driven insights, driving continuous improvement and optimization.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data modeling, with a solid understanding of data visualization techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence tools, including data warehousing and ETL processes.
  • Solid understanding of Structured Query Language (SQL) and database querying, with the ability to extract and manipulate large datasets.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Strong communication and data storytelling abilities, with a talent for presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner.
