Role: Business Intelligence Analyst

We're hiring recent graduates (2024/2025) to join as BI Analysts. As a BI Analyst, you'll work directly with clients and our internal team to design dashboards, analyze complex datasets, and deliver actionable insights. This role combines technical skills with business problem-solving, giving you end-to-end ownership of BI projects.

This is a high-impact role where you'll learn fast, contribute meaningfully, and help shape the future of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Design and build dashboards using our Business Intelligence platform.
  • Partner with business teams to translate requirements into actionable insights.
  • Conduct business analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with product and client teams to enhance BI use cases.

Qualifications (Required):

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with BI/dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar).
  • Proficiency in SQL (any database) and working knowledge of Python for data analysis.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
