
Sales and Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the approval process for material procurements, collaborating with design teams, architects, government departments, and builders to secure make approvals for control cables, power cables, fire survival cables, flexible wires, and other related materials.
- Provide technical expertise, conduct lead generation, present proposals, and negotiate contracts; facilitate bid clarifications and analyze competitive offerings to optimize business outcomes.
- Prepare necessary documents, company credentials, and provide support to consultants and clients on specifications, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Identify, validate, and convert leads into successful sales by working closely with the sales team and providing market insights.
- Conduct site visits to ensure material approvals for ongoing or upcoming projects, deliver product presentations, seminars, and training sessions for clients, and coordinate pre- and post-bid techno-commercial discussions.
- Negotiate technical and commercial aspects of contracts with clients and consultants.
- Manage vendor relationships through platforms like GEM and others.
- Analyze competitors' features and pricing to inform business decisions.
