We're Hiring | Business Development Manager – Doors & Hardware Division

ArienTech, a leading manufacturer of premium wooden doors and architectural hardware solutions, is expanding its dynamic team. We are looking for experienced and driven Business Development Executives to spearhead growth and client relationships across our target markets.

Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Kerala (Multiple locations)

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in selling wooden doors and door hardware

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new clients in the construction, interior, and architectural sectors
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers, contractors, builders, and architects
  • Develop and execute result-oriented sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets
  • Conduct site visits, client presentations, and product demos
  • Coordinate with internal technical and installation teams for client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and market intelligence

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in door and hardware or any building material sales (minimum 2 years)
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and sales funnels simultaneously
  • Knowledge of project-based selling is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
