Business Development Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Immigration Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our immigration and visa services to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels (cold calls, emails, networking, events, referrals, etc.)
- Understand and promote the company's immigration services (student visa, Visiting visa, PR, etc.)
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients
- Conduct consultations to assess client needs and offer suitable immigration solutions
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in CRM
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions
- Stay updated with changes in immigration laws, policies, and destination country requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- 1–2years of experience in sales, business development, or immigration consultancy (preferred)
- Freshers with Excellent Communication is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
