Customer Success Manager

Job Description:

Twixor is seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to drive growth and successful customer outcomes on our next-generation platforms (Twixor AIM & Twixor Compute). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B enterprise customer success, with experience in process automation, channel-centric digital customer experience platforms, and serving customers of AI/ML/NLP/Chatbots technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship with customers and own the value roadmap for their success
  • Collaborate on onboarding, product implementations, and adoption plans to set customers up for success
  • Provide continuous feedback and new feature requests to our product engineering and internal teams, serving as the voice of the customer
  • Use data and best practices to drive platform usage and adoption
  • Build a strong customer base, maintaining customer satisfaction and retention
  • Document customer information and conversations in our CRM database
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of customer success roles with B2B enterprise software SaaS
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
  • Proficient in driving solution and use case development with clients
  • Comfortable with technology and giving product demos
  • Strong attention to detail and desire to innovate
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of customer success metrics

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience working with growth-stage companies in B2B SaaS/Messaging
  • Exposure to low-code technology platforms in industries like Banking, Healthcare, Retail, and others
