Customer Success Representative

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team at AppX (YC S21). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing customer data, and providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.
- Establish clear client retention goals and process milestones for clients and employees to work toward.
- Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs or software.
- Promote the value of the product and upsell services and products with the brand image.
- Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Prior work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role in the E-Learning or Ed-Tech industry.
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
- Technical skills required, as they relate to the use of the product or service.
- Accountability and personal organization are essential.
- Experience in managing a diverse group and training each according to company standards.
