About the Role

At Beam Suntory, we're seeking an experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to join our team in Pune. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional to drive business growth and build strong relationships with key customers.

About You

  • You have 1-3 years of experience in managing Key Account Customers, preferably in the Alcobev industry.
  • You possess a graduate or MBA degree.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Achieve monthly sales targets (volume/value) and distribution of mandated assortment at the point of sales.
  2. Execute the 6Ps strategies at stores aligned with customer marketing and execution excellence guidelines.
  3. Become the face of Beam Suntory with customers, delivering outstanding customer service and business solutions.
  4. Respond to customer queries and complaints, providing timely solutions.
  5. Be responsible for all paperwork and signatures to ensure effective sales processes.
  6. Consolidate all customers' claims and submit them to the company in a timely manner.
  7. Visit customers following the service norm defined for the territory.
  8. Keep POS information up-to-date by uploading required information in the 'sales force' software in a timely manner.
  9. Train customer employees on our brands to build product knowledge.
  10. Work closely with the Assistant Sales Manager to ensure continued engagement and development of key customers.
  11. Implement a safe, positive, and achievement-oriented working environment.
