We're looking for an Outbound Specialist to help us scale our sales engine through world-class outbound campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop outreach plans aligned with business objectives and Ideal Customer Profile
- Launch, monitor, and optimize multi-channel campaigns
- Design and execute A/B tests for messaging, targeting, and cadence
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs and feedback
- Build dashboards and reports to analyze performance metrics and scale successful tactics
- Coach and guide team members on best practices
Requirements:
- Strong analytical mindset with 1–3 years of experience in campaign management or demand generation
- Proficiency with CRM and automation tools
- Solid understanding of sales funnel metrics and KPIs
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
