Hotel Revenue Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Associate in Training to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to optimize hotel performance and drive revenue growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing timely pricing updates based on market conditions, competition, and internal strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Pricing Updates: Implement timely pricing updates based on market conditions, competition, and internal strategies.
- OTA Management: Manage extranet/portals with online travel agencies (OTAs) and optimize our presence on various platforms to drive bookings.
- Rate Shopping: Monitor and record hotel rates to remain competitive.
- Rate Plan Configuration: Configure and manage rate plans in property management systems (PMS) and revenue management systems (RMS).
- Good analytical skills and comfort with numbers.
- Hunger for growth and a proactive approach to making a significant impact.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work with dynamic teams of Revenue/Sales Managers and Associates.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for executing tasks focusing on execution, including Rate Shopping, Pricing Updates, OTA Execution, Rate Plan Configuration, and Stakeholder management.
