Senior Revenue Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Revenue Manager to lead our revenue management efforts across a diverse portfolio of hotels and resorts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving RGI, RevPAR, and occupancy, and possess a deep understanding of OTAs, distribution, RMS, PMS, and digital revenue tools.

  • Job Summary:
  • Lead multi-property revenue management across the organization
  • Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitor performance to design dynamic pricing strategies
  • Drive channel optimization (OTAs, CRS, GDS, brand.com) to achieve the optimal business mix
  • Prepare accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards for stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement revenue management strategies to drive top-line performance
  2. Collaborate with property-level executives to align revenue and commercial strategies
  3. Support pre-opening hotels with positioning, pricing models, and launch strategies
  4. Mentor internal teams on revenue management best practices

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years' experience in hotel revenue management, preferably with multi-property exposure
  • Proven record of improving RGI, RevPAR, and occupancy across varied property formats
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Comfortable working in both entrepreneurial white-label models and structured asset management environments
