Job Title: Performance Optimization Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technology group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the creation and deployment of continuous performance and capacity models using various performance and availability monitoring tools, processes, and techniques. You will collaborate with our Technology and Enterprise Architects to select and design run-time and DevOps technologies, ensuring that systems operate efficiently and effectively to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance system reliability and performance.
  • Analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the testing process.
  • Identify areas for improvement in testing processes and recommend enhancements.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday US Payroll.
  • Proficiency in Workday US Payroll, Test Management.
  • Strong understanding of performance monitoring tools and techniques.
  • Experience with capacity planning and performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
