AI Model Optimization Specialist">

Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced AI model optimization specialist to develop, refine and manage effective models for our clients. You will be instrumental in enhancing AI-driven solutions by optimizing interactions with large language models.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop and refine effective models for various AI components, including OpenAI models and Document Intelligence services.
  • Iterate on and refine models based on performance, user feedback and specific business objectives to improve accuracy, relevance and efficiency of AI outputs.
  • Utilize Python extensively for scripting, data manipulation and interacting with AI models and APIs.
  • Work with various AI/ML libraries such as PyTorch and LangChain to develop and integrate AI-driven solutions.
  • Manage and optimize API Management for secure and efficient interaction with AI services.
  • Work with NoSQL databases, specifically Cosmos DB and/or MongoDB, for storing and managing AI-related data and model configurations.
  • Operate and manage resources within the Azure Portal, configuring and overseeing cloud services pertinent to AI and model engineering.
  • Implement and monitor AI application performance using observability tools like Grafana.

Required Qualifications :

  • 8-14 years of experience in a role focusing on AI/ML development, data science or model engineering.
  • Proven experience with AI components, specifically OpenAI models and Document Intelligence.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML libraries such as PyTorch and LangChain.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming.
  • Experience with API Management strategies and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and refine effective models for large language models.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases, including Cosmos DB and/or MongoDB.
  • Practical experience working within the Azure Portal.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for project and code management.
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in the context of AI model behavior and output.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate model strategies and results.
