Job Description:

As a Performance Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our systems and applications.

You will work with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot performance issues, develop and implement solutions, and ensure that our systems meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute performance testing plans to validate system behavior under various loads
  • Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to streamline testing processes
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve performance-related issues and implement fixes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements to our testing methodologies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in performance testing and load runner experience
  • Proficiency in JMeter and SAP GUI with True client/Fiori
  • Strong knowledge of SAP SCM functional capabilities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
