Are you passionate about driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences?
As a Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for handling collections for assigned areas and achieving targets on various parameters, including resolution, flows, credit cost, and roll rates. You will ensure that Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) are kept within budget and actively work to minimize them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle collections for assigned areas and achieve targets on various parameters.
- Ensure NPAs are kept within budget and actively work to minimize them.
- Increase fee income/revenue and develop initiatives to control and reduce vendor payouts.
- Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI/Section 9 process through court receivers.
- Track and control delinquency of the area (bucket and DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues within specified TAT.
- Build relationships with key clients to ensure timely collections and monitor defaulting customers.
- Represent the organization in front of legal/statutory bodies as required and ensure the collection team adheres to legal guidelines.
