Key Responsibilities:- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies that maximize revenue growth.
- Lead market analysis to identify high-potential segments and shape targeted growth strategies.
- Own revenue analytics by building and managing dashboards and KPIs to track pipeline health, conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and sales performance.
- Drive strategic sales forecasting by analyzing pipeline data, client behavior, market trends, and historical performance to inform revenue planning.
- Champion CRM discipline and optimize adoption of tools like HubSpot to strengthen pipeline visibility and sales efficiency.
- Identify initiatives for process automation and workflow optimization that directly improve sales velocity and go-to-market execution.
