Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Strategist to join our team. As a Business Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and reach new audiences.
  • Conduct research on organizations and individuals to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • Develop and implement plans to increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders to identify new markets and improve sales.
  • Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and industry events to build partnerships and promote the brand.
  • Develop quotes and proposals for clients to showcase the company's expertise and services.
  • Develop goals for business growth and ensure they are met through effective planning and execution.
  • Train personnel and help team members develop their skills to enhance overall performance.

Requirements

  • Any Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • Any Postgraduate degree is an added advantage.
