About this role:

Growth Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our analytics department, you will be responsible for analyzing data to drive business growth and optimize marketing campaigns.

Your primary focus will be on leveraging advanced statistical models and data visualization tools to gain insights into customer behavior and develop data-driven recommendations for business improvement.

With a strong background in data analysis and statistical modeling, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement A/B testing frameworks, develop predictive models, and create interactive dashboards to visualize key performance metrics.

  • Critical Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Growth Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar analytical role, preferably in mobile app or SaaS environments.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis, with specific experience in Snowflake data warehousing.
  • Advanced experience with Metabase for creating interactive dashboards and self-service analytics solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience with mobile attribution platforms, with specific expertise in AppsFlyer data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Deep understanding of mobile app growth metrics including LTV, CAC, ROAS, retention rates, and revenue attribution models.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies, experimental design, and statistical significance testing.
  • Experience working as a contractor or consultant, with ability to quickly integrate into client teams and deliver results.
