Job Title: Business Strategist

As a proactive team member, you will be responsible for driving business objectives forward by translating organizational needs into clear requirements, overseeing the product roadmap, and collaborating closely with development teams to deliver high-value features.

  • Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business demands.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with business goals.
  • Support the development team throughout the project lifecycle by providing clarity on requirements.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies – sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business decisions.
  • Assist in tracking KPIs and product performance metrics.

You will have the opportunity to develop your business management skills while contributing to innovative projects. We are looking for a candidate with 2+ years of experience as a Business Strategist / Junior Business Strategist in a business environment.
