Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our revenue generation efforts for our Digital Agency & Tech business vertical.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual who can drive end-to-end revenue growth, build strong relationships with clients, and lead a team of sales professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development and revenue growth, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically and tactically.

  • Drive revenue growth through new business pipeline development, client retention, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Lead a small but sharp sales team to achieve revenue targets and goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including CMOs, Heads of Digital, and other senior-level decision makers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, including market analysis, competitor research, and industry trends.
Requirements:

We are looking for someone with:

  • 9–15 years of experience in business development/revenue roles within digital agencies only.
  • A strong track record of winning mid-to-large deals in at least two of these verticals: BFSI, Auto, Retail, FMCG, Consumer Tech.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to think strategically and tactically, with a deep understanding of digital agency service lines and comfort with tech discussions.
  • A hustler mindset, comfortable with targets, proactive pipeline building, and hands-on selling.
  • Team leadership experience, but equally comfortable rolling up sleeves and leading pitches personally.
