As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing business strategies.
- Develop strategic partnerships with clients to expand our presence in the consumption, healthcare, and new economy verticals.
- Lead a team of IT hiring experts to deliver staffing and recruitment services.
- Maximize revenue from the region through effective sales and marketing.
Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in new client development in IT/SAP recruitment and contract staffing.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience leading an IT staffing or contract staffing practice.
- A proven track record in maximizing revenue and strong sales skills.
- SAP/IT contract staffing consultancy experience is preferred.
- A strong academic record and entrepreneurial spirit are required.
Engagement Model: Fix Fee + Performance Incentives (50:50)
