Job Description: Sales Enablement Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join our team at FACE Prep. This is a full-time position responsible for driving sales productivity and efficiency.

About the Role

The Sales Enablement Manager will be accountable for ensuring the sales team meets their monthly targets. Initially, this may involve metrics such as the number of meetings/calls/compliance around geotagging and call recording. As the role progresses, it could evolve to include sales and lead generation numbers. The Sales Enablement Manager will work closely with functional managers to understand their requirements, identify a cost-effective CRM solution, and implement it. They will own and manage the CRM, educating and training the existing sales team and new inductees on its features. The manager will also coordinate with the CRM provider to ensure timely updates and leverage new features effectively.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Manage CRM implementation and maintenance.
  • Train sales teams on CRM features.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to create/realign existing processes.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure sales associates are meeting expectations.

This role offers a competitive salary range of ₹60,000 - ₹80,000 per month, depending on experience.
