B2B SaaS Sales Operations Lead

At Newage Software & Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Lead to join our team.
As a Sales Operations Lead, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and sales performance. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and optimize our sales operations processes, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies and tactics.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position based in our headquarters. You will report directly to the Director of Sales Operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing CRM Data Hygiene: Ensuring that all customer data is accurate and up-to-date, and implementing processes to prevent data degradation.
- Customizing CRM**: Configuring our CRM system to meet business needs and automating workflows for efficient lead management.
- Data Planning and Reporting: Analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and providing regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Process Automation and Optimization: Identifying opportunities to automate and streamline sales processes, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency.
You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and finance teams to drive sales performance and revenue growth.
