The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Product Marketer to join our fast-paced startup environment. This role focuses on crafting and executing the strategy, positioning, and promotion of our product to resonate with its target market and stand out among competitors.

At Dataflo, adaptability and drive are essential. We need someone who owns Product Marketing with relentless energy and a results-driven mindset. You'll take full ownership of marketing initiatives, working proactively and iteratively to achieve impactful outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Product Positioning & Messaging:
    • Develop clear, compelling messaging and unique selling propositions (USPs) that differentiate the product and resonate with target audiences.
  • Market Insights & Competitive Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and trends, and analyze competitors to identify unique product differentiators and market opportunities.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy (GTM):
    • Strategize and execute product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment with sales, product, and customer success teams for seamless execution.
  • Content Development:
    • Owning the website, ensuring it serves as a powerful marketing and educational tool. Create and manage impactful content, BOFU blogs, product decks, case studies, feature pages, help articles, knowledge base content, videos, and other resources to convey the product's value, drive engagement, and support the customer journey.
  • Sales Enablement:
    • Equip sales teams with tools, guides, and training materials to effectively communicate product benefits, address customer pain points, and close deals.
  • Product Launches:
    • Develop process for product launches including new products, features & services. Increase outcomes from product releases by building launch predictability, programmatic processes and governing the process cross-functionally.
  • Product Adoption & Engagement:
    • Lead initiatives to drive product adoption, including creating in-app product tours, onboarding flows, and targeted campaigns to enhance user engagement.
  • Collaboration & Alignment:
    • Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive growth.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
    • Track and analyze product adoption, lead generation, and customer feedback, using data to iterate and improve strategies.
  • CUSTOMER ADVOCACY:
    • Collaborate with customer success teams to develop customer stories and case studies that highlight product impact and drive trust in the brand.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Product Marketer in a SaaS company is a must. No more than 6 years of overall experience.
  • Excellent communication and authoring abilities—capable of creating memorable, tailored messages.
  • Should understand SaaS business models, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, PMM and ICP persona wireframes.
  • Must be hands-on with content writing, executing product marketing and sales enablement collaterals (Thought leadership articles, Knowledge base, white papers, ebooks, case studies, etc.).
  • Adept in using data analytics tools to gauge performance and gauge engagement.
  • An individual who can operate independently and adjust to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Influencers with the ability to collaborate effectively across organisational levels and functional boundaries.
  • Go getter, experienced in driving and launching GTM programs/campaigns.
