Amazon Brand Director

We are seeking a seasoned Amazon Brand Director to join our team at GigaBrain. As a key member of our operations, you will focus on building long-term relationships with clients and overseeing their milestones.
Job DescriptionThis role involves managing client satisfaction and retention while ensuring seamless operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Overseeing client milestones and progress.
You will also lead retention efforts by providing proposals, negotiating contracts, and pitching upgrades or upsells as needed. Additionally, you will monitor customer satisfaction, recommend improvements to clients' strategies, and ensure client requirements are met.
In terms of technology, you should be comfortable using tools like Zoom, Slack, and ClickUp. You will need to communicate frequently with clients via video calls and maintain accurate records of their progress.

RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 3 years of experience working with Amazon Seller Central.
- A strong understanding of Amazon's operations, including FBA, PPC advertising, and brand registry troubleshooting.
- Experience managing teams and leading direct reports.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
We offer a competitive salary ($85,000 - $110,000), 401(k) with up to 4% employer match after 12 months, health benefits (medical, dental, and vision insurance) after 90 days, unlimited paid time off, and 7 paid company holidays. You will also have the opportunity to grow your own Amazon selling business and use our resources to build your account.
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, with flexible working hours outside of 6-11 am PST. You must have a quiet workspace with fast internet, a webcam, and a microphone for video calls.
