Role: Enterprise Sales ManagerThis is a full-time, permanent position within our Sales & Business Development department, focusing on enterprise sales.
Responsibilities:- Develop the corporate sales segment through business development and strategic alliances.
- Acquire new clients through existing relationships with key corporate and institutional sales partners.
- Market mapping, competition analysis, and monitoring market trends.
- Proactive identification of sales prospects and conducting business development activities.
- Coordination with internal teams and departments to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Monitoring of sales metrics and adherence to processes.
- Postgraduate degree in management (MBA) with 4-8 years of experience in institutional sales.
- Excellent people skills, communication abilities, and analytical prowess.
- Ability to handle ambiguity, attention to detail, and high-level interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of managing corporates and closing large deals.
