Role: Enterprise Sales Manager

This is a full-time, permanent position within our Sales & Business Development department, focusing on enterprise sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop the corporate sales segment through business development and strategic alliances.
  • Acquire new clients through existing relationships with key corporate and institutional sales partners.
  • Market mapping, competition analysis, and monitoring market trends.
  • Proactive identification of sales prospects and conducting business development activities.
  • Coordination with internal teams and departments to accomplish assigned tasks.
  • Monitoring of sales metrics and adherence to processes.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree in management (MBA) with 4-8 years of experience in institutional sales.
  • Excellent people skills, communication abilities, and analytical prowess.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity, attention to detail, and high-level interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of managing corporates and closing large deals.
